Villa is on the sea of Cortez with breathtaking sunrises, in the winter we have whale watching with 2 master suites upstairs, 1 suite has a new cal king mattress bought in April 2019, the other has a queen. All mattresses are pillow top from Macy's. Downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have full oceanfront views. We have 2 themed bedrooms upstairs, a green jungle room and "The old man in the sea" room. Check out the hand painted murals. Guests have use of pool toys, 3 kayaks, 1 of which is a double kayak, beach umbrella, chairs, ice chest and 5 sets of snorkeling gear. We have lots of pool toys for toddlers and small children as you can see in one of our pictures. We have 2 small life vests and 4 more for adults. Snorkeling and swimming is great straight out from this property. We have created a sandy strip so you don't have to walk across any rocks. See pictures 9 and 10.There is a yoga mat, exercise mat and 4 sets of hand weights so you keep your exercise program going. Outdoor BBQ and palapa with outdoor shower and bathroom. I also have 600 DVDs, both movies and music videos for your families enjoyment. There is a 6 seater Yamaha that can be rented for $150 a day with no charge for the first day.
